We are located at the centre of the village of Stokeinteignhead (stow kin teen head) in South Devon.
Directions From A380 (Exeter) and Newton Abbot (Penn Inn Roundabout): From the A380 please follow signs for Combeinteighead and continue up Shaldon Road. After 2 miles you will reach Combeinteignhead where you turn right towards Stokeinteignhead. After a further one mile you will enter the village of Stokeinteignhead and The Church House Inn is on the right.
Alternative route from Exeter A380: leave the A380 at the turning for Ashcombe and Teignmouth and follow the B3192 for 5 miles to Teignmouth. At the traffic lights, turn right on to Exeter Road. Follow signs for Shaldon and turn left onto Shaldon Bridge (crossing the River Teign). After Shaldon Bridge, stay on the A379 for two miles (do not turn off in Shaldon). Turn right in to Deane Lane and after approximately one mile you will reach Stokeinteignhead.
Directions From Torquay: follow signs for Teignmouth until you reach Maidencombe Cross on the A379 and then turn left on to Stoke Road towards Stokeinteignhead. The Church House Inn is just over one mile from Maindencombe Cross on the left. Car park entrance is just past the pub on the left.
Directions from Teignmouth and Shaldon: we recommend following the A379 towards Torquay, for approximately 2 miles after Shaldon Bridge. Then turn right into Deane Lane, towards Stokeinteignhead. There is a signpost for the pub at this junction, which is just after the Labrador Bay car park. Follow this road for one mile and the pub is in front of you. Turn right and the car park entrance is on the left.
